Payment Policy
All orders are processed securely online using PayUMoney.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
All products are shipped using Indian Postal Services Bookpost. Shipping takes anywhere between 1-3 weeks for Indian orders and 2-4 weeks for International orders. Shipping costs are added at checkout and are based on the total number of products in your order. Shipping is a flat rate for all Indian orders and a flat rate for all international orders.

Privacy Policy
Your personal information will remain confidential.

Cancel & Returns Policy
In case of cancellation of an order, please email us within 24 hours of placing the order and your payment will be refunded. In case of returns, you will need to pay return postage and send the product to us in the original condition. Your payment will be refunded after we have received the returned product.

Refund Policy
We send all orders using Indian Postal Services Bookpost. Very rarely items are damaged or lost, in which case we can re-send or refund, but only under the following conditions.

  • Any non-arrival of items must be reported to us by email within 30 – 45 calendar days of the original order being placed.
  • Any damage to an item must be reported to us by email immediately upon receipt of the order along with photographs of the damaged packaging and goods.
