This issue “Rice, Salt, Meat & Spice” is about a very personal hunt of us during the phase-2 of lockdown in 2021 to capture the beauty of raw materials that make Hyderabad’s soul, “Biryani”.We captured the images while travelling across Telugu states, & it was a unique experience as a Photographer & a biryani lover to look behind the scenes through the lens in order to capture the heroic elements of the most popular Hyderabadi Biryani.
This zine is our journey to witness the core ingredients that make this dish what it is.
