The second issue showcases the drastic changes that are taking place in Hyderabad due to the construction of the Hyderabad Metro Rail. There are two series of photographs in this issue – one is of images of the buildings destroyed along the path of the Metro Rail and one is of portraits of the people whose lives have been affected by its construction.
